2. Coaching Services

Our personalized growth guidance sessions for executives and business owners are offered as one-on-one or group meetings. Fees are due in full before the scheduled date.

Refund Policy for Coaching Services

• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase provided no session has been attended. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment channel within 15 business days.
• Once a session has been delivered, no refund is available due to the live, interactive nature of the offering.
• Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice via contact form.

3. Digital Lresults Materials

Our electronic guides and recorded seminars are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Refund Policy for Digital Lresults Materials

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days to the original method.
• If more than 10% of the digital content has been accessed, the sale is final due to the immediate delivery format.

4. Physical Merchandise

Selected printed materials and branded items are available for shipping.

Refund Policy for Physical Merchandise

• Merchandise must be sent back in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover shipment to our address as stated above.
• Upon receipt and inspection, an approved refund will be issued within 15 business days to the original channel.
• For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via contact form to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. No-Refund Provisions

Certain premium retreats and bespoke engagements are non-refundable due to reserved capacity and logistical commitments. These offerings will be clearly labeled as non-refundable at the time of booking and an explanation of costs will be provided.

6. Amendments

Calmora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes indicates acceptance.
